The Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the 10th International Congress on Energy Fluxes and Radiation Effects (EFRE 2026 Congress). As usual, the Congress will be held in Akademgorodok, Tomsk, on September 14-18, 2026.The Congress will traditionally host four international scientific events:
- 24th International Symposium on High Current Electronics (24th SHCE);
- 18th International Conference on Modification of Materials with Particle Beams and Plasma Flows (18th CMM);
- 22nd International Conference on Radiation Physics and Chemistry of Condensed Matter (22nd RPC);
- 7th International Conference on New Materials and High Technologies (7th NMHT).
The Congress is a platform for presenting cutting-edge developments, discussing new research results and exchanging ideas for successful collaboration and further progress among scientists, researchers, engineers and industry representatives. The scientific event offers a comprehensive scientific program with plenary lectures, oral presentations and poster sessions dedicated to the latest scientific advances and their applications.
The Congress covers a wide range of scientific, engineering, and technical fields:
- pulsed power technologies;
- ion and electron beams;
- high power microwaves;
- plasma and particle beam sources;
- modification of material properties;
- pulsed power applications in chemistry, biology, and medicine;
- physical and chemical nonlinear processes initiated in inorganic dielectrics by particle and photon beams;
- physical principles of radiation-related and additive technologies;
- self-propagating high-temperature synthesis;
- inorganic materials and coatings;
- resource- and energy-saving technologies;
- synchrotron and neutron research.
The Congress provides for publishing a Book of Abstracts before its opening and Congress Proceedings after its closing. In addition, participants will be invited to publish extended versions of their articles in special issues of thematic periodicals (publication terms, journal titles, and submission deadlines will be announced later). Each full-text article (including Congress Proceedings) will be assigned a digital object identifier (DOI).
The official languages of the EFRE 2026 Congress are English and Russian.
The Congress Organizing Committee announces a competition for Grants for young scientists aged 35, inclusive, at the time of application (Young Scientists Grant). Eight winners (two from each conference) will be selected, and the registration fee will be waived. Grant recipients will be required to present an oral presentation at the Congress (the competition terms are published in the Awards section of the Congress website).
